About Us
It would be an understatement to admit that our excitement and anticipation for 24th May 2024 is growing rapidly with each passing day! We feel so lucky that we’ll be able to celebrate our big day surrounded by friends and family that have each positively influenced our lives and made our journey together so far as memorable as it could have possibly been.
We met in the city of Bristol on Sunday 13th May 2018 at a cute coffee shop on Broad Street, blessed with the best of British weather. For Pete, this was approximately 1 km away from where he was born (St Michael’s Hospital, Bristol), whereas Foteini was nearly 3000 km from where she grew up in Peristeri, Athens. What was originally planned as a short coffee date quickly turned into a nine-hour exchange of our anecdotes, and the unashamed planning of our next two dates! Whilst neither of us could have predicted the past 6 years at that point, it was clear from the start that we had each met someone special!
Fast-forward 4 years to Friday 2nd September 2022, Pete proposed to Foteini on the beautiful island of Hydra during their summer holiday. It was an incredible, cherished moment that has propelled us towards 24th May 2024 and also led to us moving into our first home in October 2023. We cannot wait to take this next step and celebrate our awesome journey with you all.
